Spiritual Retreat with Deborah van Deusen Hunsinger Held
The Johnsonburg Spiritual Sanctuary and the Presbytery of New Brunswick Lay Academy sponsored Listening in Prayer, a two-day October retreat with Dr. Deborah van Deusen Hunsinger, associate professor of pastoral theology at Princeton Theological Seminary.
Deborah provided a thoroughly refreshing and challenging opportunity to listen as God speaks to us through others and more personally to us in our pain. Two of the many propitious and inviting conversations dealt with nonviolent communication and giving voice to our feelings about war. Click picture for full-page view.
